How do I book an experience?
Use the Saigonyo app on your iOS or Android phone or tablet to book an experience. When you open the app, look for the Experiences section. Then, choose a specific city and dates, or browse through all experiences. Hosts can offer both immersions and one day experiences. Immersions happen over multiple days and are offered as is—their schedule can’t be modified. If you’re looking for a one-off experience, try browsing our one day experience options. Just like home availability, experience availability is set by the individual host. Before you book Make sure to review the guest requirements and any other requirements specified by the host. These could include age limits or skill level. Booking additional experiences. You can book as many experiences as you want during your trip—be sure to cross-check schedules to avoid booking experiences that overlap.

If you're looking for a one-time experience, try searching for short-term options available at Saigonyo, an existing experience set up by shared elite members.
Make sure to review the specified requirements by the sharer and check the schedules to avoid overlap before booking.
Once your experience is published on Saigonyo, guests can instantly book any dates you’ve made available. They’ll have to review any guest requirements you’ve added to your experience. When a guest books, you get an email notification with the guest’s profile and contact information. You can also view this information in your app. We recommend sending your guests a message to introduce yourself and get to know them before the experience and answer any questions they may have.
You'll need to set up your payout method on your Saigonyo profile. If you haven’t already done, please learn how to add a payout method. Saigonyo will release your payout for an experience the day after you host the experience (or the day after you host the first experience, if you have more than one). The exact date you receive the funds will depend on your financial institution and whether the payout is released on a weekend or bank holiday. Hosts who partnered with nonprofits should add a payout method owned by the nonprofit. In order to verify of this payout method, nonprofits will be asked to submit a bank statement for us to match against the host's payout method.
Reviewing an experience after your experience end, you'll receive a reminder notification to leave a review. Guests have 14 days to write a review and have the option to leave both private feedback for their hosts, and public feedback for future guests. Reviewing a guest. Hosts can leave private feedback about their guests via the Saigonyo app within 14 days of the last experience. Review history. To see reviews from past guests, visit the public page for your experience. Our community relies on honest, transparent reviews. We will remove a review, if we find that it violates our review guidelines.
You’ll get a get a confirmation email with the names and number of guests booked under each reservation. Once all guests under the same reservation have completed our verification process, you’ll be able to message them through the Saigonyo app. They have up to 3 days to complete this process.
We recommend sending a message to your guests on the site or through the mobile app to introduce yourself, get to know them beforehand, and answer any questions they may have.
You’ll receive a confirmation email for each experience you book. This email will go to the email address associated with your Saigonyo account. You can also find your itinerary by going into the Enjoy section of the Saigonyo app.
Depend on each experiences, the host would have an age limit as a requirement. You should check it out before booking.
All the reviews on Saigonyo are written by hosts and customer from our community, so any review you see is based on an experience that customer has been achieved.
You have 14 days after checkout to write a review for a trip.
Writing a review:
To leave a review for a recent trip, go to your reviews. Reviews are limited to 500 words and must follow Saigonyo's Content Policy. You can edit your review for up to 48 hours, unless your host or guest completes their review.
To see reviews you've written or reviews about you, go to your reviews. You'll also see any private feedback that people have left you.
Our community relies on honest, transparent reviews. We will remove or alter a review if we find that it violates our review guidelines.
If a reservation has more than one confirmed guest, the host's review will appear on all of the guests' profiles.
In each experience that charged, the insurance is included and the coverage depends on each host along with the experiences.
